originally this sweater was for Mary. the pattern was from the 50's and i had never done any fancy stuff like cables or popcorn before. halfway thorough the back, i realized it was coming out way too small, but knew it would fit Frances. after sweating over it for a couple of months, i finished it. unfortunately Frances refused to wear it. now that i have pulled it out to photograph she loves it but sadly, it is too small.
